Meet The Team

Here at The Vintage Charm Company, we like to think of ourselves as one big, charming, happy family!

Ok, so we might be slightly crazy, sometimes a bit too excitable, and often lacking any real willpower when it comes to chocolate, but our hearts are in the right place. What’s certain is that we all share one thing in common – a passion for The Vintage Charm Company, the products we create and for making all our lovely customers and their adorable children feel very special (they are!)

We have a team based at Head Office, in our Studio and also out and about. You can find out more below.

Becky Gladwin - Director - Head Office

Becky is responsible for many aspects of the day to day running of The Vintage Charm Company and  hosts the majority of our fingerprint sessions. Becky books all events and exhibitions that the company attend... Oh and she looks after the finances (so best to keep her sweet!) Becky lives in Worcester with her partner Carl, gorgeous son Dexter and golden retriever Millie. When she’s not busy working she enjoys nights out with Carl, long walks with Millie and the occasional cheeky weekend in Spain to visit her in-laws!

Denise Gladwin - Manufacturer and Director - Head Office

Denise is the manufacturing Guru who works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your chosen item is nothing but perfect. She has an eye for detail and oversees every piece that leaves the studio. Denise lives in Warwickshire with long suffering husband Mike and golden retriever Scooby. All 3 of her children have now flown the nest.  She has two very inquisitive but gorgeous grandsons. Denise’s employment history makes her the perfect person for capturing little ones prints, having spent 14 years as a Primary School Business Manager! When she is not slaving away behind the Kiln, Denise enjoys knitting and is also known to make a mean cupcake!.

Claire Troth - Memory Catcher - Bromsgrove & Redditch

Zoe Eastbury - Memory Catcher - Birmingham

Zoe covers all of Birmingham, Alvechurch and Barnt Green.  She lives in Birmingham with her partner, Tom and our 2 year old daughter, Poppy. She works part time at Next and loves working for The Vintage Charm Company in her spare time, and also planning their wedding. She started with VCC in summer 2014 after meeting Becky and Denise when they created my perfect charm of her little girls handprint. And now she helps people capture that special print of their loved ones and seeing the final results is extra special.

Naomi Barratt - Memory Catcher - Coventry

Naomi works for a major parcel distribution company as PA to the Senior Management Team. She discovered The Vintage Charm Company when her little boy was born 4 years ago and wanted to become part of the team. She has 3 children who keeps her busy 24/7 with their dancing if it's not lessons it's extra rehearsals, festivals and shows. She loves seeing the joy on the faces of customers when they receive their items.

Claire Shaw - Memory Catcher - Stratford, Leamington and Warwick

Claire joined VCC early this year after already having some jewellery done by us and loving it.
